Exchange and Returns
At By Trend, exchanging or returning is no problem. It is possible that the ordered product does not meet your expectations. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after the day of receipt of the articles without giving any reason. After notification that you have canceled your purchase, you still have 14 days to return the items. For this you can use this return form. We ask you to fill in the form as completely as possible, so that we can act as quickly as possible according to your wishes.
Returning personalized jewelry
By Trend offers jewelry that is specially made according to your wishes. This personalized jewelry is therefore more difficult to take back because it can no longer be sold after return. It is of course possible that the ordered personalized product does not meet your expectations. Please let us know as soon as possible via the Contact Form or mail to: email@example.com
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you want to return the ordered item and would like your money back, please place the account number to which we can refund the invoice amount on the back of the return form to be sure.
You will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days after cancellation. We may withhold a refund until we have received the products back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products within 14 days after withdrawal. The costs for returning are approx €3,95.
We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have indicated otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for such refunds.
If you want to exchange the product, because you are not satisfied with the color, for example, you can do two things: You can directly order a new one yourself and return the previously ordered item according to the above return process, or you can return the ordered item and indicate on the return form which product you want to receive again. However, the shipping costs of the returns are for your own account. With the first way you will receive the correct article the fastest.
Returns for damage
It should not prevent you from receiving your order defective or damaged. We find it very annoying for you if this does happen. Should this happen to you, it is best to contact us via the “contact page”. We then try to resolve the defect or damage remotely (eg by replacing a part). If this does not offer the desired solution, we decide that you can return the product. In this case, the shipping costs incurred for the return will be refunded to your account as soon as we have received and processed the item. Always return the items complete (including all accessories) and, if possible, in original and undamaged packaging. If you want to return the defective / damaged item, despite the fact that we can solve it, the shipping costs are for your own account.
